One more example of what could be seen in a seemingly empty gallery – Asher removed the wall separating the exhibition area from the back office, making the latter visible to the visitors and leaving the rest of the gallery empty. What remains hidden in the plain sight – o revealed by Asher – is the internal workings of the art world institution. Most pertinent to my “Find The Art Piece”.

Also an interesting case for consideration of framing, how rearrangement of the architectural features of the gallery frames the concept – and yet, for someone who is not in the know, the frame may seem empty – or even invisible…
