There is something about the fairly abstract painting being accompanied by a very concrete sculptural object covered in paint. I have not been able to articulate any particular meaning arising from that juxtaposition yet, but it speaks to my interest of ambiguous intermedia. I am looking to stage installations and situations comprising variety of media, making it difficult to choose an appropriate ready-made code for interpretation, causing the audience to think more actively, creatively…
