A hammock prepped with a number of speakers channelling the sound through the bones to the inner ear…

This relates to a number of my interests and artistic explorations. To start with, there is a sound installation – and I am exploring various ways to stage audience’s encounter with my sound works. Secondly, direct body contact with the work is interesting. I’ve been experimenting or thinking about experimenting with various wearables, while here it is the other way round – the work is wearing an audience member, which is quite fun. However, my own experiments with bone transducers have been very disappointing to date. Thirdly, I am really into personal, one-to-one or small group encounters, and this is a nice example how that could be staged.
