Speakers in trees emulating birds singing popular tunes.

This project is pretty close to my “Territorial Sounding” where I am developing bird and trader calls to be played in public spaces. St Clair is using different sonic material that may trigger different chains of associations and reactions, but otherwise this is very related in its exploration of sound art possibilities in a public soundscape; it provides also a useful technical reference as to how it was conceived and installed.
