A vast archive of photographic images packaged in different media – as a three channel video, as an artist book, as a light table. There is some overarching idea behind selection of the motifs, just as rejected motifs came to be used in another series later on.
As my archive of photos is ever-growing, with images always having some artsy aspect, but not necessarily clear idea as to what to do with them, I am considering various ways of curating and presenting them once some overarching theme or concept emerges. So, “I Made This” was turned into a video piece, “Colaborations” into an interactive pdf. It is interesting to see how other artists are acting in similar situations, and I find it reassuring that there are good examples of the same material being reframed and repackaged in different media.
